Data transfer
At the heart of the Service 5 network is a simplified, secure and managed medical image transfer process. Our approach is to provide end user installed software over browser based options. This offers several key advantages:
  • Faster transfers over existing networks avoiding the requirement of any special network configurations or file wall modifications
  • De-personalisation and swapping of DICOM tags prior to sending rather than being done on a remote server
  • Increased reliability, no loss of data and automatic recovery in case of temporary network loss
Electronic forms
The Service 5 integrated eForm service allows for managed electronic data capture. Our flexible eForm engine supports:

Task automation
With the support of a simple yet powerful interface you can create and deploy rules to support complex workflow requirements. For example automated rules can be set up to:
  • Push selected studies from remote sites to specific PACS
  • Automatically route data sent by your PACS to pre-determined or criteria based remote locations
  • Automatically save received data with the ability to specify customised file structures
  • Distribute studies based on the availability of radiographers
Multi-modality workstation with integrated reporting
You can use Medtamp's multi-modality workstation as a node on the Service 5 network to rapidly deploy a tele-radiology network or image review services. The Workstation's interface is intuitive to use and comes with integrated reporting and responsive imaging handling. Completed reports can be directed to a remote location with a single click.

Clinical audit
The Service 5 network gives full visibility over all activities, detailing which user performs what and when. All data entering the network and all aspects of the service are logged, including automated processes. Administrators and end users can gain access relevant audit information as and when required. Audit information is given in real time through an extensive range of reports.

Central configuration and management of remote nodes
The Service 5 network is controlled, administered and monitored through MedStamp's Workflow Interface. This single point of control offers extensive management options in a simple to use package.
The Workflow Interface allows central configuration of remote MedStamp nodes. This allows for fast, straightforward installation at remote sites. End user configuration, and therefore the remote site set-up time is kept to a minimum.
Administration options include:
  • The remote setting of DICOM tag depersonalisation and DICOM tag swapping policies
  • Options to distribute eForm templates and view completed forms
  • The ability to manage and monitor core imaging lab activities and workflow
  • Full user account management with flexible password policy management
