MedStamp’s remote reporting portal has been developed in accordance with industry guidelines and enables compliance with these same regulations. Specific regulatory features include full audit of all activities, user account access control and password management.

Key features and benefits

• Integrated multi modality viewing platform. With full image review and reporting capabilities. It provides a flexible tool for interacting with a range of modalities; alternatively studies can be automatically exported to other workstations.

• Images remain encrypted while being reported on. Workstation export features can be disabled ensuring that patient information is only accessible with an authenticated account.

• Work group support and scheduling. A team of can work together either imultaneously or on a rota. Studies can be allocated on a schedule or rule based method.

• Supports DICOM direct and indirect Query / Retrieve SCP. Allowing integration of 3^rd party PACS devices. This gives the option of remote sites sending directly from PACS prior to the study being automatically allocated to a remote recipient.

• Supports tabbed viewing of clerking forms. The portal automatically associates any additional documents to a case regardless of if they are sent the same time as the medical images.  Associated documents displayed alongside the medical images in labelled tabs.

• Transmission to central facility or multiple recipients. Recipients can be an individual or use the rules engine to automate receipt to a DICOM node, storage device and / or other application.

• Full clinical audits. See where your data has been sent, and exactly what’s been done with it. Plus you can set up notifications so you’ll always be aware of their current status. Audit information can exported to other systems.

• Automatic processing of returned reports. Returned reports can automatically be placed into templates and exported in PDF’s.

• Scaleable.  Deployment options from full managed suitable for one or two sites in a single study to a customer hosted and administered global medical imaging networks.
