Document exchange portal

MedStamp's document exchange portal supports the secure submission and exchange of documents and files of all types. It provides a secure and audited way to transfer documents.  It also allows for confirmation of receipt and access to files.  This service is specifically designed for use by organisations operating in regulated environments.

In parallel to on-line submission, or as a stand alone module, the Document Exchange Portal allows for encrypted physical media to be created and then exchanged.   Our physical media access mechanism takes the complexity out of users remembering passwords and avoids distribution of passwords.

• Full audit of all activities.In real time audit information is provided to senders, recipients and administrators at a level suitable for them.  Where physical media is transferred decryption activities are also logged centrally.

• Central collection point or allow for exchange between all users of the portal.  Through powerful yet simple access control and distribution management document exchange and document submission models of deployment are supported.

• Powerful form engine.  Our form engine can prompt senders to provide additional information into an electronic form about the transfer.  The form can list the files in the package and auto complete other details. Other eForm related features include conversion to digitally signed PDF's and re-submission.

• Fast secure transfer over ordinary internet connections. It works seamlessly over existing firewalls right out-of-the-box.

• Full user management tools.Functionality includes locking accounts access to specific computers by using the computers MAC address, force users to change password at first sign.

• Workgroup supportUsing the group facility packages can be shared amongst a team of reviewers. Packages can be distributed allocated on rule based forwarding or collected from a stack.

• Other features include configurable email notifications, options to automatically save received packages to disk in custom folders, automatic retry and error recovery, optionally digitally signed audit reports, audit export features, centrally managed package forwarding and eForm review.

• For highly secured documents we can offer a fully closed system where documents are viewed internally without allowing operators access to source files.
